These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Commit & Compound, a digital product offered by Nickey Norrish. By purchasing or accessing this product, you agree to these terms in full.
Commit & Compound is a web-based decision and execution system delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. This is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription, recurring billing, or ongoing commitment.
Commit & Compound comes with a 30-Day Implementation Guarantee. If you complete the intake process, use the weekly execution system for 30 days, and do not find it useful, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
You will be asked to demonstrate that you completed the system. Refund requests submitted without evidence of implementation will not be approved.
All content within Commit & Compound — including frameworks, copy, structure, and design — is the intellectual property of Nickey Norrish. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share access to the product without prior written permission.
Commit & Compound provides a structured system to support decision-making and execution. Results depend entirely on your implementation. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes, revenue, or growth. Any examples or directional language used in marketing materials represent typical use cases, not promises.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nickey Norrish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
